1. Acceptance of Terms

By using swift4tech.com or engaging Swift4Tech (“we”, “us”) for any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

We provide web design, web development, eCommerce, SEO, social media, branding, graphic design, performance marketing and animation services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in the written quote, proposal or agreement we share with you.

3. Quotes and Payments

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Projects normally start after an agreed deposit is paid, with the balance due at the milestones or completion date stated in the quote.
• Monthly services are billed in advance.
• Late payments may pause work until the account is settled.
• Prices exclude third-party costs such as domains, hosting, plugins, stock assets and advertising spend unless stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to give us the content, images, access and feedback we need in good time, and to confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you provide. Delays in providing materials or feedback may move the delivery date.

5. Revisions

Each quote includes a set number of revision rounds. Extra revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

6. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, you own the final website design and content created specifically for you. We keep the right to reuse our own tools, code libraries and know-how, and to show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Third-party plugins, themes, fonts and assets remain subject to their own licences.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Our work may rely on third-party platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Framer, GoHighLevel, hosting providers and advertising networks. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy decisions made by these providers.

8. Timelines

We work hard to meet agreed dates, but timelines are estimates and depend on prompt feedback and content from you.

9. Confidentiality

We will keep non-public information you share about your business confidential and use it only to deliver your project.

10. No Guarantee of Results

We use industry best practice, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales, as these depend on many factors outside our control, including search engines, advertising platforms and market conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift4Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

12. Termination

Either party may end a project or service by written notice, subject to our Cancellation Policy. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Swift4Tech’s place of business. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith before any formal action is taken.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
